While reading this PC World story, one element leaped out at at me.While trying to disperse a rowdy tween crowd that had converged to listen to a scheduled singing event of a teen sensation, the police arrested the music exec associated with the singer. What for?
For not tweeting a dispersal message.
The police hold that it was reckless to do so, and that his (the exec's) refusal contributed to injury.
While I don't understand the legal nuances, I couldn't help but think that the police in this story have an overly ambitious idea of Twitter in this scenario...
